Free Delivery on All Orders
Every GroBack order ships free across South Africa — no minimum spend required.
How We Ship
All orders are fulfilled via Pudo locker-to-door delivery. Your parcel is packaged securely in a discreet black mailer bag—no branding on the outside, so nobody knows what’s inside.
Delivery Timeframes
• Major centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–4 business days
• Outlying areas: 3–6 business days
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, track your parcel at pudo.co.za using your tracking number. You will also receive an SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection or out for delivery.
