We stand behind the GroBack Hairline Recovery Kit completely. If you use the kit consistently for 30 days and are not satisfied with your results, we will refund you in full. No lengthy forms, no back and forth — just a simple email and we will sort it out.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@groback.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of your experience. We will review your request and process your refund within 3 to 5 business days of approval.
Refund Conditions
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. The product must have been used consistently as directed during that period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Returns
Due to the nature of hair care products, we do not require you to return the kit to qualify for a refund. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@groback.co.za and we will send a replacement at no charge within 2 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Simply email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 2 to 3 business days to reflect in your account.
